Château des Demoiselles was certified High Environmental Value Level 3 (the highest level) in 2019.
This distinction was awarded in recognition of our increasingly eco-friendly plant health strategy. Going a step further, the wine estate obtained the "Agriculture Biologique" organic label in 2022.
These new winegrowing methods adhere to strict European standards which, in addition to "cleaner" fertilizers, establish rules for water resource management. On this point, Château des Demoiselles possesses a formidable weapon in the fight against global warming: an ancient spring bubbling from the heights of its hills has been irrigating the vines down below naturally for centuries.
